Known as a thought leader and accomplished business development professional, Diane is customer-centric, having partnered with clients over 20 years to meet their current needs with flexibility to accommodate future workforce requirements.

Diane’s areas of specialization include; Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Human Capital Management and Best Practices Implementation specializing in small and mid market businesses.

Diane is a member of the Rotary Club of North Fulton and founder of the North Fulton Business Neighbors. Her commitment to community service is evident, as she has held leadership roles in many organizations that are aligned with her interests in personal and economic development.

Carol Faubert
Director of HR & Operations

With 25+ years in direct executive human resources management experience, Carol is a proven industry leader, assisting clients to develop organizational structure and processes, comprehensive litigation avoidance procedures, and positive resolution to employment disputes, as well as conducting internal investigations, establishing grievance procedures and developing action plans for employment retention.
A graduate of Averett University, Danville, VA, and fluent in French, Carol continued her education in Human Resources Administration in post-graduate work at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Human Resources Advisory Group for the National Public Radio local station WABE.

Client Service Center is managed by HR and payroll professionals who take an uncommon approach to client satisfaction, able to respond and deliver all facets of HR support. Integrity HR manages every detail, without employee leasing or long-term contracts. You'll receive full-time expertise at a part-time rate.
